BANQUET POLICIES AND INFORMATION

  •  Hall rental standard is 4 ½ hours. All functions must end by 12:00 midnight.
     

  • Maximum capacity is 200 people.
     

  • No Sundays are available.
     

  • $200 deposit and signed contract required to reserve hall.
     

  • A $200 security deposit may be required in advance depending on the event and may be refundable after the event.  This security deposit may be required for special setup and/or clean up if own caterers are used.
     

  • Final payment of the contract is required at least two (2) weeks before the event.

BANQUET HALL PACKAGES

  • Hall rental with no food is $600.00 regardless of number of people.
     

  • Hall rental with Legion caterers with over  75 people:  $15 per person (includes cost of the hall).  Menu and caterer to be discussed with Post Manager.  Cost includes food, setup, hall clean up, one (1) house person and one (1) bartender if bar service.  For rentals of over 135 people require additional personnel and cost as set by Post Manager.
     

  • Hall rental with Legion caterers with under 75 people: $17 per person.
     

  • Outside food may be brought in by a licensed caterer.
     

  • No outside beverages are allowed in the hall at any time.

OWN CATERING:

  • Customers renting our hall may hire their own caterers provided that the catering company is licensed by the Illinois Department of Health.
     

  • PROOF OF LICENSE & INSURANCE must be provided by the client at least one (1) week prior to the event.
     

  • Neither customers nor caterers will have access to ANY Post kitchen equipment, supplies, nor access to the kitchen area.  All food, utensils, plates, etc. must be supplied by the caterer.

 

BAR/BEVERAGE OPTIONS:

  • $110 for extra bartender required for over 135 guests.
     

  • Bar Tab:  Clients may keep a running tab at bar during the event.  Payment of the tab must be made at the end of the event to Legion staff.
     

  • Keg of Beer:  $115 per keg (Miller Lite or MGD)
     

  • Unlimited soda and coffee station: $110.00

All per person charges listed above for food or beverages will be calculated based on final count.
